Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before starting any project, ordering services, or initiating work.
General Agreement / الاتفاق العام
Before starting any project, all specifications, features, deliverables, estimated timelines, and pricing must be explicitly confirmed. Initiating payment or sending project requirements signifies full agreement to all terms listed here.
Strict No-Refund Policy / سياسة عدم الاسترجاع النهائياً
No refunds are granted once work or scripting has commenced. Deposits and payments cover the time, labor, and expertise invested into the project. If a client decides to cancel or abandon a project mid-way, all progress will be retained by the developer and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Estimated Timelines & Delays / مواعيد التسليم والتأخير
All provided delivery dates are estimates. Complex scripting, Roblox API/engine updates, unforeseen technical challenges, or personal emergencies may cause reasonable project delays. Delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the client to refunds, discounts, or immediate cancellation.
Scope Changes & Additional Features / التعديلات والطلبات الإضافية
Only features explicitly agreed upon in the initial specification document are included. Any new requests, mechanic changes, or design overhauls requested mid-project will require additional fees and an extension of the deadline.
Client Response & Inactivity / عدم رد العميل والتأخير
Clients must provide feedback, testing, or required assets within 5 days of request. If a client goes inactive for more than 7 days without notice, the project will be paused and moved to the back of the development queue.
Intellectual Property & Code Rights / ملكية الكود والملفات
All source code, Roblox scripts, animations, and video assets remain the full property of Amr Tarek until 100% of the final payment is cleared. Unpaid code or leaked assets are strictly prohibited from commercial use or resale.
Post-Delivery Warranty / الدعم الفني بعد التسليم
Includes 7 days of free bug fixes for bugs present in the original deliverable. This warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications or Roblox platform engine breaking updates.
